Neck of the Woods goes Virtual in March

Neck of the Woods, a variety performance series featuring emerging local artists, is going virtual and can be viewed online during the month of March 2021.

The variety performance series is presented by ARTS Wake Forest in partnership with the Wake Forest Renaissance Centre for the Arts.  This virtual series will be taped in early February at the Renaissance Centre by Kino Mountain Productions and is comprised of five to six 10-minute performances which will broadcast online at 7 p.m. on Monday nights in March.

Neck of the Woods is an ongoing series which features area artists who are willing to share their art. The series seeks to include actors, dancers, musicians, singers, comedians, poets, magicians, mimes and spoken word artists.

Tyler Butler-Figueroa performed in the AWF Neck of the Woods performance series a few years ago before performing on America’s Got Talent.  In AGT: The Champions 2 he finished the competition in 3rd place.

This performance series connects Wake Forest residents and beyond to excellent performances so they can enjoy authentic performing art in their own neck o the woods.

Check back in February for the list of performers who have been invited to participate in this virtual version of Neck of the Woods.
