Step-by-step instructions to apply for the 2026 Holiday Artisans Market Using EntryThingy Call System

If you have used EntryThingy before to apply for calls to artists, note that there is an updated interface which should you should prove easier to use than the previous version.

  1. Click this link to access the 2026 Wake Forest Holiday Artisans Market application: https://app.entrythingy.com/calls/public/13771/
  2. If you are new to EntryThingy, click the blue ‘Create account and apply’ button to set up your account. If you already have an account, click ‘Sign in’ just below the blue button.
  3. You will then see the Wake Forest Holiday Artisans Market application. When the application mentions the “Gallery,” it refers to ARTS Wake Forest and the Wake Forest Guild of Artists.
  4. You may upload seven photos for the jury to review. At least five must be photos of your work. Include a photo of your booth if available. If you do not have a booth photo, upload a photo of your work and label it as “Substitute Booth Photo.” You cannot proceed without a file marked as a booth photo.
  5. For each photo of artwork, you’ll be asked for a title, description, material, and price. Photos must be at least 1000 px in width. PDF, JPG, or PNG file up to 50 MG are accepted.
  6. Add your Artist Statement and Entry Description. Select the Category or Discipline for your work, and let us know how you heard about this opportunity.
  7. Tell us if we have your permission to use your photos on our website and social media to promote the Holiday Market. We will only use your photos if you are selected to participate.
  8. The application will let you know if there are any additional steps you need to complete before moving forward.
  9. Next, pay the $10 application fee for the Holiday Market. You can use PayPal or a credit or debit card. Please note that this application fee is non-refundable.
  10. You can use the ‘Save & finish later’ option at any time to save your application and return to it later. Please make sure to submit your application by the deadline of 09/01/26.
