The show is FREE, however we do suggest a $5 donation for the artists. Here are some details:

Scarlet VirginiaSCARLET VIRGINIA http://www.scarletvir… — The lead singer is a remarkable songwriter and has a gorgeous voice. Her vocals and harmonies, combined with the violin, get me every time. I love all of her work, but my favorite is “Fireflies” – song #5. Check it out. Here’s a brief bio: Scarlet Virginia is an indie folk/rock band from Raleigh, NC who bring rich harmonies, haunting melodies, and a bit of old fashioned folk to their diverse tunes. Having just released their first official EP By Lamplight a year ago (available on iTunes), they currently play all over the triangle and beyond.

LENARD MOORE http://en.wikipedia.o… — Wow. What an honor to be hosting this esteemed poet! His bio: Lenard Duane Moore is a native North Carolinian, born in Jacksonville. He is a writer of poetry, drama, essays and literary criticism, and has been writing and publishing haiku for over 20 years. CLAIRE RAMSEY http://www.storieswit… Story time for grown-ups! Claire is a wonderful local talent and I’m sure we’re in for a treat. Here’s Claire’s bio: Claire Vera Ramsey discovered storytelling by drawing stories in pictures when she was still too young to write. Claire’s storytelling upgraded from hobby to her business Stories With Claire after she took a university storytelling class. The “premier storyteller” of Wake Forest and former president of the North Carolina Storytelling Guild, Claire Ramsey believes storytelling help people learn from one another… and have fun!
